Canines.com Advertising
Terms and Conditions

Canines.com offers advertising to all parties that provide animal related services and or products. Those parties are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Right of Refusal:

Canines.com reserves the right to deactivate any banner or other form of advertising at any time for activity or site content deemed inappropiate, based on the sole descretion of canine.com's staff. Deactivation will also occur for failure to pay for advanced or scheduled advertising within 10 business days of ad start date. Any of the following conditions may result in deactivation. Restrictions include, but are not limited to:

	Sexual content (nudity, eroticism)
	Profanity
	Hate speech or references
	References to software piracy ('warez', 'cracking', etc.)
	References to 'hacking' or 'phreaking', etc.
	Potentially illegal MP3 files
	Any illegal activity of any kind

Cancellation:

Canines.com reserves the right to deactivate any advertising content at any time effective immediately.

Content Copyright:

All individuals, organizations, companies and other institutions advertising on the canines.com site guarantee that all content on their site is legal to distribute and that they own or have the legal right to use any and all copyrighted material.

Automatic Renewal:

All advertising will be canceled immediately at the end of each scheduled campaign by the staff of canines.com and may bear additional charges to reactivate, renew or otherwise replay ads. If you wish to cancel your advertising please send a notification in writing via e-mail. To cancel an account please e-mail ad.help@canines.com.

Indemnification:

All parties agree to indemnify and hold Canines.com harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, expenses, losses, damages or attorney fees arising from any and all claims and lawsuits for libel, slander, copyright, and trademark violation as well as all other claims resulting from an advertisment placed on Canines.com's site.

Modifications:

Canines.com reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. All parties are responsible for complying with any new rules posted here within 10 days of the date changes are posted. All parties should contact ad.help@canines.com with questions about the interpretation of any terms set forth in this agreement. For special circumstances, modifications to these rules may be made if approved via e-mail from an authorized Canines.com representative. Modification requests should be directed to ad.help@canines.com.

Case of dispute: Hosts agree to settle any/all dispute(s) under this agreement via binding arbitration in Rego Park, New York.

ALL HOSTS MUST COMPLY COMPLETELY WITH ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT. CANINES.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WITHOLD PLACEMENT OF ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS FROM ANY PARTY THAT VIOLATES ANY OF THESE TERMS.
